Support tickets for Discordthat stay out of the way.

Post a panel with one button or a menu of topics. Every request opens a private channel or thread with the right staff inside, closes with a reason and keeps a transcript you can share by link.

A free Discord ticket bot. Runs as its own Discord application — nothing to host.

Everything a support queue needs, nothing it does not.

Designed around how Discord servers actually run support: a few staff, many members, and zero patience for noise.

One panel, many doors

A single button for one queue, or a select menu that routes every topic to its own staff roles, welcome text and channel name.

Private by default

Each ticket is a channel or a thread only the opener and the assigned staff can see. Pick the mode per topic.

Ask before you open

An optional intake form with a few fields. Answers land in the first message, so staff start with context instead of “hi”.

Close with a reason

Decide who may close a ticket, ask for confirmation, require a reason and choose whether the channel is deleted or kept.

Idle tickets close themselves

Set an auto-close window per topic. Quiet tickets are wrapped up without anyone chasing them.

Transcripts that travel

Messages are archived while the ticket is open. Closed tickets keep the full transcript with a share link you can switch on and off.

Guardrails for busy servers

Limit open tickets per member, add a cooldown between tickets, ping roles on open and mirror events to a log channel.

Two languages, one setup

Panels, forms and bot messages ship in English and Russian. Choose the locale per panel.

Live in three steps.

About a minute. No hosting, no config files.

Every ticket ends in a record.

Closed tickets do not vanish with the channel. The archive keeps the conversation, attachments and the close reason. Share it with a link, or keep it private with one switch.

  • Archived while the ticket is open — nothing to export.
  • Share link per ticket, on or off at any time.
  • Readable outside Discord, on any device.

The shop button does nothing after the 1.4 update.

On it — looks like the 1.4 shop cache. Fix ships in 1.4.2.

Confirmed, works now. Thanks!

Questions, answered.

What is a Discord ticket bot?

A ticket bot turns support requests on a Discord server into tickets: a member presses a button or picks a topic, the bot opens a private channel or thread with the right staff, and the conversation is tracked from open to close. Discord Tickets adds intake forms, close rules, auto-close and transcripts on top.

Is the Discord ticket bot free?

Yes. Discord Tickets is free to add and use. There is no premium tier at the moment.

How do I set up a ticket system on my Discord server?

Sign in with Discord, pick the server, add the bot, then create a panel: choose a channel, a button or a topic menu, staff roles and an optional intake form. Deploy it and the panel appears as a message members can use right away. It takes about a minute.

Channels or threads?

Both. Each topic decides: a private channel under a category, or a private thread. Threads keep your channel list short; channels give staff more room.

Who can see a ticket?

The member who opened it and the staff roles assigned to that topic. Optional access roles can watch without being pinged.

What happens to closed tickets?

The channel can be deleted or kept, but the transcript is always stored. You can share it with a link or keep it private.

What does signing in give you access to?

Only your Discord identity and the list of servers you are in. The dashboard shows servers where you can manage settings. No email, no messages.

Which languages are supported?

Panels, forms and bot messages come in English and Russian. Pick the locale per panel.
